Hi all,

Could someone tell me if it is possible to obtain a a copy will relating to two deaths which took place in more recent years. The first in the 80's and the second in the 90's.  If so how do I go about it and where do I apply.

Many thanks

I take it I could use this form also even though I don't know whether a will was ever produced?

Yes.

In effect, the (non refundable) fee is for the search. If a will is found, a copy can be provided at no extra cost (if one is requested on the form).

It costs £5 for a 4 year search and one copy of the document (if found). If a longer search is required or more than one copy of the document is needed then it costs more. See the notes on the back of the form for the details.
