Good morning lancs.
I can now say without a shadow of doubt that WILLIAM 1790 and JOHN 1792 ,is spelt DAVIDGE ,
they read .
WILLIAM son of JOHN DAVIDGE of Outwood ,papermaker and DINAH his wife 4th July 1790.
JOHN son of JOHN DAVIDGE of Outwood ,papermaker, and DINAH his wife .28th october 1792.
I have also found burial St Saviours Ringley.
JOHN DAVIDGE of Outwood 14th may 1792 ,he must have died during DINAH,s pregnancy with JOHN 1792 ,would explain why there is no sign of JOHN after JOHN juniors birth and DINAH went home to Sheffield.
There is also a burial for a DIANA DAVIDGE ,St Saviour,s 1786 possibly JOHN,s mother???.
I still cannot  find JOHN,s birth but a lot of the pages are unreadable .
These doc,s are available to view on family search ,its a bit long winded but worth the time .
To view .
Family search .
Scroll down to UK and IRELAND ,select.
Scroll down to chester ,lancs, yorkshire, select.
Select lancs.

select which docs to view .
Many thanks Arry
