William Griffith Jones veterinary surgeon

I am trying to find out what becaome of William Griffith Jones who was a veterinary surgeon practising in Sheffield. He is in the 1891 census living at 53 Norfolk Street and in 1901 he is at 67 Glencoe Road. He was single up to the 1901 census. he was born in Pwllheli North Wales in 1861 the son of John Griffith and Janet Jones of Caerhydderch Shop, High Street, Pwllheli. He qualified in Glasgow in 1884.

William Grifith Jones - age 49

Following on from Dee's reply............I think he's sharing his house with Mary Emily Jones born 1864.

Thanks to all for the replies. Up to last night I thought this chap had died in 1879 so it's a bit of a breakthrough.

Is there a website where one can scan local Sheffield newspapers published in 1946?

 As you have the date of his death the Local Studies Library nearest there may do a loojup to see what the papers have in the way of an obit.
