i have come accross a name in divorce papers that i recived this morning...   apparently my great uncle had an affair with this lady..  ive googled the name and checked it out on ancestry but nothing comes up...
is the name french.. little confused here...so if anyone can come up with anything.. ill be most gratefull..

What sort of dates are we talking?
Edmonds/Edmunds - mainly Sussex

The name "de Villiers" occurs a lot in South Africa.  Do you know of any possible South African connection?

Arthur L D Rundle b 1899 Medway Kent.

the "DeVilliers" could be part of his name.

The 1911 index shows Arthur Leslie De Villiers Rundle aged 11 in Hendon, Middx.
