BEAMS - Everleigh, Wilts
« on: Monday 22 June 09 19:13 BST (UK) »
Please could someone have a look at the Parish Records for Everleigh and see if there are any Beams or Kingsman births or burials from 1650-1730? We have a marriage at Everleigh in 1719, between Edward Beams and Ann Kingsman. We think Ann came from Rushall, but we have no idea where Edward was born. All Edward and Ann's children were born in Collingbourne Kingston, but we think they may have had an Edward first, possibly at Everleigh or possibly Ann gave birth to Edward before she was married.

Many thanks,

Sarah and Jenny

Thanks Dave - this is very helpful, especially as some of the names like Dennys appear in the next generation down in the Beams family!

It's amazing how names reappear in families.   In my own family names were repeated unintentially 2 or 3 generations later.
