Hi,
Does anyone have any information on the following people, or their parents?
James SCOTT who married Christian CHAMBERS in Manor, Peebles in  1766. I have information on their children, but nothing going further back than 1766

Quite strange couldn't find marriage for James and Chambers but found one for James and Christian Cunningham 23 Aug 1777 Alloa Scotland
Parents George Scott - Isabel Elizabeth Maclay...am I on the wrong track?

They had several children- Alexander, James, John, Charles, William, and Elizabeth.
