Cyril H Baum + Queenie Annie Selby

Some kind soul has found for me the marriage of QUEENIE ANNIE SELBY born 1910 loughborough,leicestershire. Apparently she married CYRIL H BAUM , date of reg, oct-nov-dec 1933,  reg district- barrow upon soar, reg county (inferred) (wonder what that means??) leicestershire  vol 7a page 440.

I hope someone can help me with this marriage or if they had any children.

Best thing to do as you have the marriage registration is to send for the certificate.

I've checked for any children surname Baum with mother Selby and can't see any born betweem 1933 and 1940.

thank you groom, Well I did a little search on family search and I did find this,
CYRIL HARRY BAUM born 2 march, 1905 syston leicestershire, died 1993, parents were JAMES BAUM and ELIZABETH CLARKE.

Hi, you are lucky in that barrow on Soar PRs are listed in full detail on the Leics Villages site:

however i have had a look and this marriage is not listed.

i live in l'boro and can check the transcriptions index for births / etc next time in. reg county inferred simply means the county is not mentioned but barrow is in leics. Barrow is the nest village along the River Soar from loughborough about 3 miles.

just looked at the index for the 1911census and james is there with elizabeth. james b.1869 living in Barrow. you will need to buy some credits to see full record.

 Barrow marriage Queenie = cyril - no record

Hi again, someone sent me this info. JAMES BAUM was bapt, the 3 nov, 1869 and married ELIZABETH CLARKE the 1 aug, 1892 syston,leicestershire. I am still hoping to see if i can find out if there are any children between QUEENIE and CYRIL BAUM ??? ???
