I can't, at the moment, see the family in 1851 but just found Anne with George in 1861 transcribed as Joel so will look further.
You have those details - George is born St Georges, London.
Fre BMD has a death for George Valentine Yool in 1907 so that is presumably his full name.

The spelling is perhaps a problem- difficult to find them.

1881 RG11; Piece: 766; Folio: 40; Page: 19  - view for free
Henry 56 yrs a landholder, Magistrate for Surrey with wife Mary J 36 yrs, living Weybridge Surrey with two young children.

Free BMD marriage 1874
Henry Yool and Mary Jane Miller possible spouses (other bride is Marie Eugenie Johnson so I suppose she may be a possible)

Death- 1894 Henry aged 70 yrs

Hi Jennifer,
when is that? It means Henry must have married twice.

Hi Ysabeau

William Alexander Yool married in 1856

Marriages Sep 1856
Emberson  Henrietta Louisa     Brighton  2b 255
Yool  William Alexander     Brighton  2b 255

and gives his place of birth on the 1861 census when aged 35 (in Kensington) as St George Hanover Square.

Deaths Dec 1883
YOOL  William Alexander  57  Christchurch  2b 384

George Valentine Yool doesn't seem to have married.

Deaths Dec 1907

Again on censuses he gives his birthplace as Hanover Square.

Henry Yool aged 66 in Weybridge on the 1891 census gives his birthplace as St George Hanover Square.

A second marriage?

Deaths Dec 1894

The baptism registers for St George Hanover Square are not indexed on the IGI. The parish registers are held at Westminster Archives.

Yool is being researched as a one name study

http://www.one-name.org/

so it may be worth contacting the researcher to see whether they hold any further information.

George Valentine Yool was a fellow of Trinity College Cambridge

1851 census HO107 1760? folio 769
Trinity College Cambridge
George V Yool 20 Student B A scholar London

William Yool bachelor and Ann Jean Mair a spinster of St Pancras married by licence at St George Hanover Square in 1822.

Gentleman's Magazine April 1859
At Gloucester place hyde park gardens aged 72 William Yool esq.

With such a prominent family it would be worth checking to see whether they left wills.
