....many cousins still in Ireland...descendents of William Benjamin W-S, one of the youngest sons.

William Benjamin White-Spunner married Eva Kavanagh Quinlan on 3 September 1905 at Ballivor Parish Church, Co Meath. The two witnesses were Sophia Elizabeth Merrin (his sister) and Zoe Isabel Merrin (his niece). The minister was his brother-in-law R J Merrin.

....Sophia Merrin, nee WhiteSpunner. She married in 1891, the reverend Richard Merrin and my grandmother, Zoe Isabel Merrin was her eldest child. Damer and Irene were the other two children.

Richard James MERRIN to Sophia Elizabeth WHITE-SPUNNER     17 June 1891 at St Michael's Parish Church, Donaghmore. One of the witnesses was Sophia's sister, Ellen Mary White-Spunner.

Isabel Weldon White-Spunner married Ambrose Howard O'Rorke on 14 April 1896 at Carrickfergus RC Church. Note the two witnesses were her brother and sister. Isabel living at Greenisland, Carrickfergus.
