1871 look up for Monaghan please

Wonder if anyone can help me.  I'm looking for an Elizabeth Monaghan. 

She was married to my Gt Gt Grandfather Thomas Mulloy and they are together in 1881 census.  I had heard that she had been married before (according to family he was a vicar) and from records it appears that this is correct as she has a son called John Monaghan (who appears as step son to Thomas on 1891 census aged 20).

Elizabeth originated from Stafford according to census records circa 1850 and her son John Monaghan was born in Jarrow circa 1871.......

I'm therefore looking for an 1871 census look up for an Elizabeth Monaghan in the Jarrow(ish) area  if anyone can possibly help.  The name of her then husband would be a HUGE help. 

Also if anyone would know where would be the best place to look for marriage records for Elizabeth and Thomas (spellings for Mulloy vary from Malloy to Molloy).  i've had a look on Teesside BMD without any luck.  I believe it would have been before 1877 as that's when their first son (my Gt Grandfather), Michael Mulloy was born.

Could I possibly ask you to look up  when a Michael Mulloy married an Annie McGee (think that's how it was spelt).   Would have been before 1903.  Again, I can't find anything on Tees Valley indexes but if I can get a cert no for that, as well as the one you have kindly provided I can get them ordered.

Lynne - I wne tonto the site and could find Michael Thomas Mulloy married 1903 but can't see spouse details.  Am I doing something wrong? 

Sorry for asking so many questions, have been concentrating on the Scottish side of the family and it's been really easy to get their details but finding it hard to do much with this side of the family.

At the moment I'm having trouble finding her in 1871.

The 1891 census shows her birthplace as Shropshire 

And the 1881 census shows two sons born in Jarrow - John in 1869 and Thomas in 1871. It also shows another Thomas born Haverton Hill in 1877 - presumably this latter is actually Michael?
