Help on Finding Pollard Death Info.

I don't know if this is the correct boad to post this on , if not maybe someone could suggest where it should be posted.

How can I find info. on someone when all I have is the date of death & no married name, or place where she was living. 

Family was from Newquay, St. Columb, Cornwall. 

Name of Person I am looking for is Alice Maud Pollard  born 1889, & died Dec. 14,1961 I found this info. in my Grandmother's birthday book, & it is too bad she didn't put her married name in.  I tried looking on Ancestry under Alice Pollard without any results.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.   I am in Canada so I don't have access to the records in England

POLLARD Alice u/m Age:21 . Hospital Nurse. B: Newquay,Cornwall.

Mount Vernon Hospital for Consumption, Hampstead. London NW.

On Census 1901 age: 11 with Mother Louisa and siblings. St Columb, Cornwall.

On Census 1891 age: 1 with Mother Louisa and siblings. St Columb Cornwall.

Father dead by 1901. He is not at home 1891. Stone Cutter.

Thanks for looking. It could be her.   I have the 1901 census with her on it.  Her Father was Edward  & was a seaman.  Her Mother Louisa died in Dec. 1901  in Newquay   , & her Father Edward died in 1907  but I don't know what happened to the other girls, Louisa  & Alice.

In the 1911 census, does it say who she is living with, or was it taken at the hosp.

In the 1911 Census Alice is  in the Hospital with other members of staff.
