Help Reading Certificate

Can anyone read this cause of death. I believe she died during childbirth but this is only me guessing from census records and death dates etc.

I think it says "Peritonitis, 4 days"

Thanks everyone this confirm what I thought as the baby appears on the 1881 census with his grandparents aged 3 weeks old.
