Hi Folks,

Thank you for your ministering of TLC! Very much appreciated; I'm sure she'd have loved seeing the makeovers!

We don't have a date for the photograph, or is it a drawing as Kizmiaz says, it is so hard to tell.  If anyone can help that would be appreciated.

I'm sure it was a photo, but looks like it has been overdrawn. Its possibly a Crayon Portrait. There's more information about the process here http://www.rootschat.com/links/06tq/

Prue's the expert on all these sorts of photogaphic techniques so she may be able to offer some more, or different, info.
