Florence J Newcombe-James Hughes

Can any one help me with locating the marriage details of James Hughes to Florence Newcombe. I have located Florence on the 1891 Channel Island census living with parents William & Elizabeth A Newcombe at 21 New Street, St Helier.A child robert was born in 1894 in Haydock Lancashire which give me an approximate time line for their marriage 1891-93 which possibly was in St Helier as I have been unable to locate in England can anyone help me with a marriage cert  as I need parental details of James Hughes to continue my family tree.

There is an entry in the marriage index for St Helier Registrar, Nov 1889 to Jan 1893 on page 78 for a James Hughes. There is a Florence Jane Newcombe on the same page.

Are you able to give me the parents names of Florence and James, I would really appreciate them,

I can probably give you the name of his father but not his mother as that won't be on the marriage certificate.
