Have just found out by having another look at my tree that James' Parents were William TIPPETT and Elizabeth GLANVIL . they were married 4 October 1797 William died abt 1842 and Elizabeth died abt Setember 1845

9 Nov 1833.....TIPPETT James of Crantock = BILKEY Mary OTP by Banns at St Columb Minor with the Consent of All Parties. Both Signed with their Marks. Witnesses: Edward Pella_ and James Carne
