hi im trying to find info about a robert and a william sproat who were in south africa in the 1920/30s i know from there mothers will, dont know how to go about this research any ideas would be great.
mothers will was made in 1925 roberts address was box 5459 johannesburg and williams 68 blood st pretoria.

I  have researched my Sproat family from Borgue/ Kirkcudbright, Scotland, for 10+ years.  I have heard of some of the family going to to S. Africa.  The reason was for the Boar War in 1901.  I would like to help you if still interested.  These specific adresses are great to have, are there any relatives you know of left in S. Africa? ???
