father charles hall - on her wedding cert fathers profression gun viewer/hewer

need to find her birth and her mothers maiden name , i think she was born in birmingham but not sure. all i know is that she married horace william ellis in 1912

she was 23 when she married ,

the witnesses were florence billington and it looks like j k conventry

A Candidate is here: Father works in a Gun Factory. The daughter is 15y at 1901 though.

have got my grandfathers birth cert and mother is elizabeth mary hall , is this the same person ?  cant find her on the 1911 census

It's too common a name. Try working on the marriage address OR witness names.
Track down each adult in 1911 back to 1901 and see if they have any association with either bride or groom.
We cannot do 1911 lookups. That's your department; give the full households.
