If I'm looking at the correct John & Hannah in 1881 who has sons aged 12 & 10, this would appear to be the same family in 1871
Gwaelod y Garth, Pentyrch RG10/5355 folio 15 pg 23
John Thomas head mar 28 coal miner b. Eglwysilan
Hannah wife 22 b. Pentyrch
Thomas son 2 b. Pentyrch
John son 6 months b. Pentyrch
If it isn't the correct family, please give us the reference for 1881 and whatever other census you have him on. It's a common name and we need all the help we can get.
