Odd, as he doesn't seem to have been buried in Bluntisham, where burials up to 1900 are on the NBI

Deaths are easy enough to look up from Australia using www.freebmd.org.uk, which is what I use in France and what Wendy in Norfolk probably used too!

Hi Jenny

Marriage Henry White to     MARY FREEMAN  23 SEP 1798   Houghton, Huntingdon, England About 5 miles from Bluntisham.

If they were Baptists then it may not be in the IGI

these are the children of Henry on the 1841 & 1851 Censuses

Thomas son of Henry White & Mary Christened 10 NOV 1818  Baptist, Bluntisham, Huntingdon, England
Gifford son of Henry White & Mary     Christened 21 DEC 1820   Baptist, Bluntisham, Huntingdon, England
Phebe Dau of of Henry White & Mary Christened 28 SEP 1827   Baptist, Bluntisham, Huntingdon, England

I wonder if they are all buried at the Baptist Chapel in Bluntisham.

Baptists weren't allowed to conduct marriages in 1798, so that wouldn't be the reason it's not on the IGI. It's simply that Houghton marriages haven't been extracted onto the IGI

If you contact Huntingdon Records Office they'll be able to tell you if they hold a will

Bluntisham Baptist Church baptisms aren't on the NBI, so that must be a distinct possibility that's where they are buried
