Looking for any info about Arthur Green b 1877 Patching Sussex, Father John/Mother Maria.
Believe in 1891 working in London, wife maybe Ruth.
Also do know had daughter in law Beryl.
Have no information about any children,date of death & where.

Now to summarise Arthur is either Harrietts or Arthurs nephew.

Going from what you said about Arthurs parents being John/Maria, there is this marriage;

If this is correct there are 2 possible births in East Preston, 1 in 1875 and the other 1876.
Did Arthur have a second name on marriage cert?

I do not have marriage or birth cert for Arthur, not even certain about his wife or any children & not aware of a second name for him.
Really trying to find out about wife, marriage children where/when etc ?

Broadwater is in Sussex, not Surrey.

Barrie's Genealogy website has a full transcription of the entry with additional information, viz. abode Patching and occupation Labourer.

There are a couple of siblings baptised at Patching; the father's occupation is Groom in those.

Not aware of any connection to Broadwater, which is now part of Worthing in Sussex.
Think that is just a coincidence with the parents names.

The Ruth Bass does sound a distinct possibility.

There is no baptism for Arthur in the Patching register; the Broadwater register gives the family's abode as Patching.

If they were in my tree I'd think it too great a coincidence to dismiss.  But it's your choice.
