Elizabeth Swinshed married John Gibson 1817 in Rushton Northants The 1851 census shows that she was born in Thrapston about 1784 . Can anyone give me any more details on this Swinshed family. Or even on the name of Swinshed Thank You Shirley

The name seems also to be spelt SWINESHEAD.

There is this marriage from the Northants Marriage Indexes.

You drive through Thrapston, over the bridge into Islip.

There does not seem to be any visible baptism in the County for Elizabeth.
