Does anyone know Abertridwr ?
« on: Monday 24 August 09 17:09 BST (UK) »
My G Grandfather Robert Wood  Newton Carter died at home at 4 Percy Place Abertridwr in 1906. I wondered if anyone would know a local churchyard that he might be buried in. I live on the south coast of England so I can't visit the local records office
Many thanks

Hi Brenda

The only Abertridwr I know of is near Caerphilly, which puts it in the old county of Glamorgan, not Carmarthen, so you might have better luck on the Glamorgan board.

Good luck,  Gill
