India Birth/marriage help

Hi,
Can anyone help me out.  I'm researching Honora Susan Lavelle born India ABT 1893/4 who married Edwin Cutler Born 1900 in Buckingham.  He was British Army - Royal Horse Artilery.  They married April 1918.  Honora sailed to England  from Bombay in 1923.  I'm desperately trying to locate a birth cert for Honora to give me her parents names.  I know her father was an exec engineer building railways in India .  I've located a DJ Lavelle in Thackers 1895 directory and the very nice man at the British Library India Office found the same name in 1900-1907.

Both Honoras parents were Irish and that is all i have.
Any help please  . Or suggestions.

findmypast.com have a section for bmd's in India, I have found births for Bombay 1940/1941 coincidentally RHA
