Hi Kimb

Lots of people would love to be able to help but you need to be more specific with what information you already have or what you are hoping to find.

Stuart BROOKER's death certificate will give his date and place of birth - as supplied by the person who registered the death.  Likewise, his marriage certificate will give further information which may help in finding his origins.

Best wishes

Hi Kimb

His death certificate won't give you his parent's names but it will give you his date and place of birth.  You can search for the index number to his death certificate at http://www.1837online.com (pay per view) - you will see his date of birth in the index.  Could you not contact the person who registered the death for the details to save you buying a certificate?

You can also search for his birth certificate index entry on the same site - the birth certificate will give you his parents names.

The full certificates can then be ordered from http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/ at £7 each once you have all the information from the index.

Best wishes

I'm not sure if you are still looking for this information but the full BMD indexes are currently free to view http://www.ancestry.co.uk
