My Great Great Grandparents are believed to have been born at Danilly, South Wales. I've not been able to locate a town or village with this name. Any help to locate or learn information about this place is appreciated.

Hello, it wasn't by any chance Llanelli? (old spelling Llanelly)
http://www.genuki.org.uk/big/wal/CMN/Llanelli/
But Llanelli is in West Wales
If not then take some time and go through the Counties via Genuki, there is a town and parishes link within each where you can see the lists of placenames:

All the best locating your GGGrandparents birthplace

People do find it difficult to pronounce Llanelli. Ll is one letter in the welsh language similar to the Th sound in the word Thirst but with a lisp & a lot more spitting!
It is possible that over time it has been written down incorrectly as Danilly.
I cannot think of anywhere else it could be.

As well as Llanelli in South Wales, there is also a place called Llanelly, and another called Llanellieu. So plenty of choices.

Llanelly gets my vote too. It is easy to see how a handwritten 'Ll' could be mistaken for 'D'.
