I'm trying to find the spouse of Anne POWELL.
She married in Sep Qtr of 1861 in Chipping Norton. The ref on FreeBMD is 3a 311, although the image shows 6a 311.
The range for Chipping Norton at the time is 3a 883-905.

I'm hoping she married a Mr SMITH. If not it's the wrong Anne.

Looking at the image, I think Ann POWELL married in Chipping S[odbury], not Chipping N[orton].

There are 3 entries on Free BMD for marriages in Chipping Sodbury in that quarter with reference 6a 311:
