Adam Watkins

Can someone please locate Adam Watkins on the 1891 census?  Adam was born c.1857 in Bedwellty and his occupation on the 1901 was that of horse keeper, underground.  An older sister Elizabeth born about 1850, Bedwellty was a confectioner and baker working on her own account.  Both remained single
