R A F National Service 1947/49 Tidy Up please COMPLETED

My father did his national service in the RAF in 1947/49. He was based at Harpur Hill, and while there, he was part of the Moutain Rescue Team.
I have recently come across this picture with him on, could someone please remove the rip across the middle amd a tidy-up.
