Black Horse Inn Baston completed thanks
« on: Wednesday 16 September 09 18:49 BST (UK) »
Hello,

I have family members who were Inn Keepers at the Black Horse Inn Baston from 1861-1881.

Does anybody know what happened to the Inn, did it change it's name or was it demolished ?

KR  :)

Still a pub in the village (at least until the map was printed) http://www.streetmap.co.uk/map.srf?X=511500&Y=314500&A=Y&Z=120
Today I broke my personal record for most consecutive days alive.

The pub is still in Baston.

After a number of years as The Baskervilles, the pub is to return to its former name The Black Horse.  It closed down in March of this year (2018) for total refurbishment.  Work has continued all summer and The Black Horse is due to open its doors again in November.
