hI Hope someone can help me.  I am trying to help a friend trace the husband of Mary Ann Anderson who is listed in the 1911 census for ireland.  Mary Ann is listed as a widow and was living at Crosby Street during 1911 census.  Any info greatly appreciated.  Many thanks

You best bet is to check out earlier street directories at these two sites to see if a Male Anderson is living at the same address who could be Mary Ann's husband.

1910 BSD has at number 24 Crosby Street : Anderson, Wm., painter

According to census Mary Ann Anderson was married 26 years, ie married around 1885.
The only marriage I can find in that year is :
William John Anderson to Mary Ann Lewis on the 3rd April 1885 at Hillhall Presbyterian Church, in the Parish of Lambeg Civil District Lisburn County Down.

there appears to be 2 Crosby Streets??? St Annes and Shankill???
