Hi Ladyhawk, there is a marriage  for a Abraham Ishmael  to a Mary Ann Higgs in the December quarter of 1874 at Merthyr.

Thanks for info. and taking the time to reply, have found them in 1881 living in Mason St., Aberdare in 1881.

Abraham's widowed mother Mary visiting them, so I'm going to put a post on Cardigan board to see if I can find more info. on him :)
