The nearest one I can see for the birth of Henry is

Henry Percy Newcastle upon Tyne 1885 Q4 10b 12

I think this must be it, Evie

1891
RG12 4193 18 32
Wine and Beer House, 53 George Str, Westgate.

John Parron 51 Beerhouse keeper
Elizabeth Parron wife 52
Emily Percy 33 Dressmaker visitor bn Germany (Brit subject)
Henry Percy 5 bn Newcastle on Tyne

so the birth you found looks good.

1901 - she is at 32 George Street, so not moved far. Now describes herself as widow. Henry age 15 still with her, all other  detials the same.

Yes the census you found seems spot on.

That's a pity, no husband's name :(

The father seemed to have died between 1891 and 1901 , what were the major wars then?

Family folklore told me that he fought with kitchener?

The father seemed to have died between 1891 and 1901 ,

Only IF she was telling the truth about being 'married' then 'widowed'.

Hopefully young Henry's birth cert will help.
