               I HAVE BEEN TRACING MY FAMILY TREE  FOR A FEW  YEARS NOW   I HAVE  A JOHN DOUGLAS  WHO MARRIED BRIDGET MURPHY  THEY ARE MY GREAT GREAT GRANDPARENTS THAT WAS BACK IN 1863  JOHN WAS BORN IN 1821  AND DIED  1900  THERE LOCATION WAS  KINGS COURT IN COUNTY CAVAN IRELAND  I DONT KNOW HOW  FAR  YOU HAVE GOT WITH  YOUR FAMILY TREE   E MAIL  ME  MAYBE  WE CAN HELP EACH  OTHER AS IT SOUNDS LIKE THE SAME  FAMILY    HOPE TO HEAR  FROM YOU SOON

Hiya Robin...firstly Chester is in Cheshire not Lancashire..so I will go on Cheshire Parish Database and see if I can find John and Bridgets marriage...do you want to go back with your Douglas family as well as forward ?..
also Barrow in Furness is Cumbria ...did it used to be in Lancashire ?..if not I think you need a moderator to move your thread to the correct County.....allan
