Cooke lookup pre-1901

Hello,
Just opened a new branch of the family tree and would appreciate some light being shed on it.

Found Joseph Cooke living with Eliza in High Halstow,Kent in the 1901 Census.  Census shows that both were born in Digby, Lincolnshire.  Can someone find them on a previous census?

1901 census
Joseph Cooke. Agricultural Larbourer.Born 1857 (age 44 at census)
Eliza                                                   .Born 1867 (age 34 at census)

The oldest of their children was 13 and born in Kent, so I'm assuming that they moved down before 1888

Can you confirm the spelling of Cooke.  In your reply there is no e.
