William Parsons - Father (Toolmaker)

I suspect she lived in the parish of All Saints, Birmingham  (possibly on Lodge Road) at this time.

I believe you found the correct family.   This is great.   Your information takes this line back one more generation.   I guess the family liked the name so much that they called two of their sons Joseph!
