1901 census look up please Nottinghamshire

Could anyone look up Leslie Tomlinson please, I believe he was born 1898 in the  old westwood area  Nottinghamshire - his fathers name William Tomlinson

I had a quick look but the two Leslie Tomlinsons who came up did not have father called William.  Did you know you can search the index for free at www.census.pro.gov.uk?   It might be worth trying that and looking at all combinations of spelling and age.   Perhaps someone else will have more luck - or expertise!

I'm curious, how do you know that Leslie's father's name is William?

Not saying it is your Leslie....but if a first born? son is called "William" a good case exists that George is a William as well!

I have a copy of the marriage certificate of Leslie and on there it names William as the father -I know that this sometimes isn't always the case  as I found out with my other grandfather.

What are the names of the witnesses at the marriage? and the father's occupation, as well as the wife's father's name and occupation?

One aged 1 month and one aged 7 but neither father William

Leslie's father was a miner
Annie Cartwright Father Thomas also miner
The witnesses are what look like
