I was wondering if the attached photo is beyond restoration re: tears & scratches or whether some RC can do a miracle on it? No colour restoration or contrast needed.

P.s I have Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0 but couldn't get it half as good as either of you guys!

If I hadn't tweaked it, it would have driven me nuts  :P :P

I've been known to say in the past that it's not the software, but what you do with it, and it really is all about practice and patience..bucket loads of it.  If there's possibly anything I can help you with, don't hesitate!  :)
