Sylvia, the Gore details from your link are for a Gore family (landed gentry or something, I think) and are not even anything to do with Co. Wexford which is where the Arthur Gore in this thread was from.

Hi Janice. I am also researching my GORE's from Duncormic, whom I think are closely related to yours. Would love to hear from you.
Do you have contact with Peggy Kennet, or Peg Handcock, as they are both related to Arthur Gore b.1828?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Katharine.

My Hillis family relatives still live in Fannystown House. My great aunt Elinor Hillis married WilliamWarriner.

Willing to supply any info I have.

fudgelover- regarding your Report to Moderator message- you can post a reply on the other topic asking the person to get in touch (remember not to post your email address) but they haven't been online since last November so it's really just a matter of waiting to see if they sign in again.

Hi fudgelover.
As aghadowey said, JaniceK hasn't been online for quite a while. However I do have her email address somewhere on my computer, and am in contact with another descendant of Arthur GORE and Sarah WARRINER. I a GORE descendant on another branch and am very interested in any information that you have pertaining to the GOREs in that are of the county, or anything on Arthur and his wife.
Katharine.

Katharine- I'm not sure that fudgelover was actually interested in the Gore connection but best not to give out other people's email addresses without asking their permission.

I did read fudgelover's post as pertaining to the HILLIS and WARRINER families (not GOREs). Despite that I don't see that it is doing any harm to let her know that I am interested in any information that she comes across regarding Gore's.

Fudgelover- are you actively doing your family tree? I have access to a resource that might have some information on WARRINER and HILLIS if you are interested.

Maidmarianoops- thanks for the link. Nick Reddan's site does list quite a few GOREs but none of these are connected as far as I know. The Arthur GOREs that are mentioned there, I think, are on the branch that had Saunderscourt in Co.Wexford. Sounds promising when they share the same name though!!
