Coal mining in the Walsall area
« on: Tuesday 10 November 09 08:18 GMT (UK) »
Does anyone know where I can find out info about coal mining in the Walsall area from the early 1800s onwards...

Nearly all of my family have worked in the mining industry and I was wondering if there is anywhere I can find out which colliery's they worked at and if I can find out the jobs they did.

Thanks
