Hi

I have been working on my mothers family tree and think that we might have a connection.

My mother is the daughter of Percival William Buckholt.  His mother was Kate Varney B1897 the sister of Sarah Jane Varney B1872.

I have managed to trace a lot of the family and am now in the process of trying to add detail to relatives rather than just their names and locations. I hope we are talking about the same family.

Look forward to hearing from you.
Katie

Hi Carol

I have traced Kate with 7 siblings and parents named William B1841 and Sarah B1847. My granddad Percy is Kates son B1912.  Percy is one of five siblings.  It would be interesting to know your link to this Varney family and if we can help each other fill any gaps.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Katie

Hello Katie

MY relationship with the Varney family is:

William Varney born 1841, I have him as born 1839, and wife Sarah. Wiliam is the son of William Varney born 1799, William senior being my gt gt grandfathers brother.

I don't have any children born to Kate VArney just a marriage in 1906. Do you have Kate's death date?

Carol

Hi

Kate married 27th August 1907 and died 11th May 1958.
We have her father as William B1841 D1902, and his father as John B1802 married to Elizabeth B1805, having ten children!

Just wondering what your gr gr grandfathers name is so I can check where I might have gone wrong.

Katie
