Hi- New to Rootschat, and am looking for "roots" for many family members! This inquiry is about PATRICK HOWE, who listed "Galway, Ireland". as his place of birth, @1836. Parents were Patrick Howe (b.@1800), and Ann Bryant (b. @ 1810), both born Ireland. Patrick had at least one sibling, PETER, b. Ireland, @1834.
The family arrived in Boston, Ma, 1851, on the ship Revere. The ship manifest described the elder Patrick as an "old, crippled pauper", and Ann as an "old pauper".
Any help on HOWE and BRYANT families in Galway would be most welcome.
