Hi All,

Can anyone advise me the father/mother details of Jane Paxton born 1808 and maybe married to George Bolton in Norham on 17 July 1832.

Im trying to find out if this Jane belongs to my Paxtons, please

William Paxton = Isabella Arnot

There's an 1815 baptism in Norham with father William and mother Eleanor, so it looks like there are two William Paxton's christening children around the same time in Norham. Probably need to check some Parish Records to see if further info is given to try to match up the correct couples with the correct children.  :) Unless the one William married twice ....  :-\

The IGI has baptisms of two children with father George Bolton and mother Jane (but no surname):
Isabella chr 9 Mar 1826 (St Andrew, Newcastle)
Jane chr 13 June 1828 (St John, Newcastle)

Wonder if the name Isabella is a clue?

Im hoping it to find a Jane Paxton with William Paxton as father and Margaret Todd as mother.

The other children are -

Eleanor born 1802
James Born 1804
John born 1807
Jane Born 1808
David born 1811
William borm 1813
Christian born 1815
Thomas born 1817
Ralph born 1820

William and Margaret are from Scotland
