Thank you both, certainly not mine.  Fredericks father was a School Master in Surfleet.

Frederic "Eugene"Savage's parents were John "Eugene" Savage 1794-1836, Schoolteacher/Schoolmaster Moulton/Surfleet & Ann nee Smalley 1793-1829.

They were my maternal g.g.g.grandparents.

Never found him in the 1841 census have disc and went through it, may try again but some of it is unreadable.

Two brothers were Ag.Labs., younger one in workhouse & daughter with maternal g/mother.
