Could you post the county name, please?  I think that might help. 
To me, the top name looks like Llangollen and whilst I agree that the second one looks like Llandilo, they are in different counties.

The return is from the 1851 census for Llandeilo. Carms, district 2m. The address is Bank Buildings, the names are Rees, Lettice, Prosser, David, Ann and Eliza. Prosser gave me no search results, but Lettice did. Also found this link and gravestone pic:

So that would make the first name Llangathen, which is only a few miles from Llandeilo.
