can any date the both photo also are the woman the same person.

i found some old photos of family not sure who they are or from i beleave kidderminster can some date it the man is called ben webb i beleave might married the woman in the picture her maiden name is edward.

can some have go at restore the rips in the photo, if anyone know who these people are can let me know

the second one...The ladies have some similarities so could be the same. The man seems to have some form of disability with his feet or legs.

I don't think you can conclude for certain they are the same woman, although there are some similarities.

Why is she posed in the second picture with her face turned away?  It looks quite unnatural, as if she has some facial problem on the left side of her face?  I'm only wondering as sadly it would have been a very poor match for her with her crippled husband (surely a birth deformity?), and I wonder if she has some issue herself?

Looks to me very much the attitude of someone with hearing problems (exactly the way my dad used to do it!).  If you look closely, her eyes are turned toward the photographer ... but it's as if she's turned her head so that her "good ear" is picking up his instructions.

Not the same.The timeframe looks wrong.In the 1st. one she still has the long skirt associated with the WW1 years but as an older woman may have dressed like this into the 20's.As this appears to be a snapshot I would suggest that decade.
The 2nd. looks about 10 years earlier.
Apart from the previous observations about the woman it also appears she may have a problem with her right hand,her wrist looks swollen & she's covering her fingers.
