Hmmm.... I had a similar issue..... my Ancestry page kept telling me that my account wasn't active, but I could still access everything that I could before.  I phoned them up, and because I'd used a FTM voucher to add 6 months to my subs, my account hadn't renewed automatically when it did run out.

I've had that happen more than once and had at least a month extra. I found that by selling my old Family TreeMaker on ebay and buying a new one at half price I get virtually free subscription for 7 months at a time.
