Tati, this information about the online Paris records has been very useful. It enabled me to find the birth (and sadly also the death) of an unsuspected sister of my grandfather, in Paris in 1873-4.
But these records did not include another sister, born in 1875, who survived. Details of her birth were registered in the 'Consular births' section of the GRO records. Why did her birth not appear in the Paris records?
