This photo is becoming very faded, would someone have time to spend on this one at all.  Mother with four daughters taken in Sandhurst, Victoria 1876.

Any chance of a higher resolution scan?
This is a very low 96dpi and we need at least a 300dpi to get better results that can be printed off.

This is what we see when we zoom in

Hi

I agree with Irene. This is an amazingly wonderful photo and could be brought back to close to  it's full glory if you can rescan.

Terry has done a really good job in the circumstances.

Hi all,

Not sure what happened there, I was certain that I scanned this at 300dpi.....It was so big I had to then crop it down so it would fit into the 1000 width maximum.
Sorry I will redo.
Thanks everyone for all your attempts so, must have been very hard on the eyes  :D

Tried again on old scanner....scanned at 400dpi......seems my new scanner tells me that it is scanning at a higher resolution was they all end up at 96 dpi.

Hope this is better   ;)
