50 St Petersburgh Place, Bayswater

The last known address of Harry QUINTON b 1881 Ipswich before leaving for Australia in Jan 1913, was 50 St Petersburgh Place, Bayswater.  Harry was a butler and he wrote letters on printed stationery with this address.  I'm assuming the stationery belonged to his master and not him.  There were 2 letters written  dated Oct and Nov 1912.

Can anyone tell me who was living here at this time.

In 1910, a Mrs Owen is listed at that address.  In 1914, it was a Walter John Chisholm.  Sorry, couldn't find a directory for 1912.
