Jackson-Smith Died Ontario 2005/7?

Hi There,
Hoping someone can assist - I am looking for Sylvia Sherman (Shearman?) nee Jackson-Smith who I believe died around 2005/7 in a Scarborough, Ontario nursing home. She may have been born in Trinidad W.I.
